When, on 20th April 1653, Oliver Cromwell blasted the Rump Parliament in Britain, he gave a speech that could well be delivered in Parliaments around the world today. His passionate words were those of a man who had had a gutful of the lying, self-serving people who were betraying their country to get a slice of a very corrupt and tainted pie.
When I re-read this speech this morning, I could not help but think that it is time for a global cleanout of the cesspits we call Parliament and how our Politicians are overfed vultures feeding on the Carcass of the People they were elected to protect and represent.
It has been nearly 400 years since this pivotal moment in British history. I make no comment on the rights or wrongs of the Rump Parliament, not do I pass any comment on the rights or wrongs of Cromwell's stance. I refer to it because it signified a pivotal moment in history, triggered by disgruntled people who had been pushed too far.
Over 100 years later, the Founding Fathers of America declared:
“ ….. Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government……
it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."
Throughout history, the People reach a tipping point of “ had a gutful. “
And we are at that point again. Around the Globe, throughout the free world, the People have had a gutful and are withdrawing their consent and demanding future guards for our future security.
We feel, like Cromwell, that “ Gold is your God. Which of you have not bartered your conscience for bribes? Is there a man amongst you that has the least care for the good of the Commonwealth? “
Well, Mr Cromwell, I am sad to say that our Parliaments in 2021 have bartered their consciences, reputations and souls for money and no, they care not a jot for the good of the People.
Everything old is new again. We are in a Groundhog Day of history repeating itself and, as in the past, it will not end well.
No wonder the enemies ( for that is what they are of freedom who call themselves Progressives , Feminists, Greens, pro choice ad nauseum; the alphabet brigade, the snowflakes and the fake news… ) – yes, the enemies of the People – no wonder they want to silence ANYONE who might dare to say what Cromwell said and rally the People.
These days, if anyone dares to speak up or speak out, they are locked down, locked up, silenced and ridiculed as conspiracy theorists and troublemakers.
It has been over 400 years since Hungary drove out the Ottomans. And, by God, they are making sure that their country stays safe. Indeed, they fought back in 1956 against the Soviets and they are still fighting back to ensure that they are proud and free.
It seems to me that, historically, if you want freedom and future security, you have to fight for it.
Maybe that is why the so-called Left want to legislate away our RIGHT TO FIGHT BACK? To silence us, break our will and terrify us into submission?
We here in Australia are faced with round after round of lockdowns, restrictions, threats, fines and intimidation should we not follow the rules. We are facing the prospect of taking an untested, untrialled " vaccine " if we ever want to have our freedoms back. Oh no, they won't be compulsory but they will be compulsory if you ever want to travel, mingle, socialise and live normally.
If you don't get the jab, you can exist, If you want to have freedom and the rights you enjoyed prior to Covid, well, you had better roll up your sleeve and take the vaccine.
The minute alarm bells went off in my head was when I heard that the Government had released the drug companies from any liability should things go wrong.
It was then announced that they would be released under emergency powers prior to proper testing because there was no other viable treatment. They then promptly banned ivermectin and hydroxychloriquine.
At that moment, any faith I had in these jabs was gone: anything that is approved that frees the manufacturing drug company from being sued should it backfire should be enough of a warning shot over the bow for any sensible person.
Some people think that I am irresponsible for not subjecting myself to this questionable vaccination. But, as time passes and I learn that even the vaccinated will still get sick and have to wear masks I must ask myself " what is the point? Pun intended.
Those who support the jab say that if we all got the jab, then that would solve the problem. I come back to the old story that our mothers used to use " If someone told you to jump off a cliff, would you? "
Nope, not on your nelly.
I respect the right of every person to jump off a cliff, should that be their inclination ( oh dear, another pun ) but do not expect me to hold your hand and jump with you.
More importantly, however, is the elected governments imposing the will of unelected Doctors whose medical advice has replaced good governance and is acting as a scapegoat for them should things backfire. After all, it will be the health experts fault and they, our politicians will duck for cover and point the finger at them and say " it was them, not me. "
What will happen if this scenario becomes true and the Health Advisor in Queensland is our new Governor? Surely this places her in a position of conflict of interests? Or am I missing something here?
In the absence of data from verified labs and testing facilities, conducted under industry standards within the normally accepted time frames, I respectfully decline and will adopt a " wait and see " stance.
However, I would very much like the opportunity to take ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine and put my hand up to be a guinea pig for my team should I be unfortunate enough to get sick.
This current policy, adopted by Australian governments and those around the world that ONE Doctor has the right to run my state and country is not only absurd, it is obscene.
Surely, as is so often said when a Doctor gives unsettling news, I should be allowed a second opinion?
I cannot help but blame the politicians, the leaders and the parliaments that have allowed and encouraged this destruction of my rights and my ability to make my own decisions.
If, heaven forbid, this turns out to be the thalidomide or asbestos of our time, to whom do we look for justice? It cannot be the drug companies. They have been let off scot-free to make billions. It cannot be the governments because they took the advice of health experts.
So will these health experts be on the chopping block or will they say that they were only doing as they were told by the governments who appointed them?
Or will they all get a dose of amnesia and be unable to remember, or recollect?
In the meantime, our nations are economically destroyed, our people emotionally, mentally and financially bankrupt and someone will sail in to take over and plunder our natural resources, our heritage and our culture and there will not be a damned thing we can do about it.
If I am wrong, you vaccinated people can all dance on my grave and chant " I told you so. " I will be long passed caring. And so, I suspect, will you.

which you have dishonored by your contempt of all virtue, and defiled by your practice of every vice.
Ye are a factious crew, and enemies to all good government.
Ye are a pack of mercenary wretches, and would like Esau sell your country for a mess of pottage, and like Judas betray your God for a few pieces of money.
Is there a single virtue now remaining amongst you? Is there one vice you do not possess?
Ye have no more religion than my horse. Gold is your God. Which of you have not bartered your conscience for bribes? Is there a man amongst you that has the least care for the good of the Commonwealth?
Ye sordid prostitutes have you not defiled this sacred place, and turned the Lord's temple into a den of thieves, by your immoral principles and wicked practices?
Ye are grown intolerably odious to the whole nation. You were deputed here by the people to get grievances redressed, are yourselves become the greatest grievance.
Your country therefore calls upon me to cleanse this Augean stable, by putting a final period to your iniquitous proceedings in this House; and which by God's help, and the strength he has given me, I am now come to do.
I command ye therefore, upon the peril of your lives, to depart immediately out of this place.
Go, get you out! Make haste! Ye venal slaves be gone! So! Take away that shining bauble there, and lock up the doors.
