Australia is NOT the United Kingdom.

Australia is not a Sovereign Monarchy like the United Kingdom, where the Individuals of the UK are mere “subjects” of a “Sovereign Queen”.

In Australia under our entirely unique form of government it is the Australian Individuals who are Sovereign.

The three saboteurs, the “Anti-Federalists” demanded that the implied Inalienable Natural Rights be reduced to writing in an “express” amendment to the American Constitution.

It was easy for the “Anti-Federalists”. They held a proverbial “gun to the heads” of the other Founding Fathers.

They knew how to fix this problem.

They would draft an American Constitution. The Natural Law Jurisprudence would be implied through the American Constitution.

VIP “Golden Rule” vital to understand

For present purposes, let us just assume that if it is written down into a Constitution or for example in the Declaration of Independence, it ceases to be implied.

By its inclusion in the constitutional document, the Inalienable Natural Rights become “express” and “complete” and “defined”.

As it is “express” rather than “implied” it is considered “exhaustive”, and excludes all other things.
