Daniel Andrews must be brought back in to the fold or Victoria will  single handedly be responsible for destroying the Federation that is Australia.

It staggers me that the State named after Queen Victoria and whose Capital City is named after her trusted friend and advisor, Lord Melbourne, the then Prime Minister of Great Britain, should share their names with such a plot to overthrow Australia. If Greta wants an " how dare you ' moment, this would have been it. How dare he betray every Australian for personal gain and fame in a Communist ruled oppressive Nation that stands for everything that is NOT AUSTRALIAN.

It seems to me that we have too many Australians who are Australian in name only. They march to the Red flag of Communism, promoting the green idealogy of renewables all in the name of the allure of the Gold that is money.

When he signed the deal with the Communist Chinese to forge a formal relationship with a Political Power that murders, imprisons and enslaves its own Citizens; a place that brazenly threatens, starves and tortures anyone who disagrees with its view of the way the world should work; when he signed up to work with a regime that harvests organs from political and social dissidents – one has to wonder at the moral calibre of the man. 

In fact, any person who could invite such a wicked and morally bankrupt political power to become part of Australia must surely be wicked and morally bankrupt himself?

Australia is, like America, a Federation of States. We are both founded on our Constitutions. Our foundation created as a building block for future generations to contribute to - not take away from - and our Constitution was written by people who cared, not only about the pride they felt as newly arrived pioneers and settlers but also as Founding Fathers. The word Father of course denoting a sense of Responsibility and Care that they took very seriously.

When I walk through a City Park where the trees tower above the shaded lawns and garden beds that grace such places as the many " Albert Parks " and " Queens Parks " around our magnificent Country, I cannot help but feel a great sense of gratitude to those people who knew that they would never see the towering bowers or stretch a picnic blanket under their splendid branches.... they did, however, envisage us, future generations, being fortunate to do so.

When I consider my own State of Queensland, with our Capital City of Brisbane - named after  the Governor General of NSW at the time of Federation; our streets such as Albert Street, Charlotte Street, Ann Street.... consider South Australia with its capital city named after Queen Adelaide .... the list goes on and on as we are bound together in history as a Nation whose DNA is inexorably tied to our foundation and birth at Federation.

We are a Nation that is not Chinese. Yes, we are multi ethnic but multi cultural? No. We are Australian. People who have come together from Hungary, England, Italy, Greece, Scotland, Ireland, China and many other Nations. To form a country - a wonderful land that embraces our Indigenous People and ethnicity that is diverse but no, never multi culturalism to the deteriment of our own Australianism.

 

The same goes for America: a land that embraces Hispanic, Native American, Black American, Asian American, but at the end of the day, is someone a " hyphen American "  or proudly " American " ?

This " Diversity Politics"  is crippling us. 

And the very things that our Founding Fathers put in place as a blueprint for success, our Constititions, are being defied and denigrated on an increasingly dangerous level. Dare I say defiled?

 

Our Constitution is being challenged in 2020 more than at any other time in history.

From our Constitution some relevant sections:

Section 100. Nor abridge right to use water

The Commonwealth shall not, by any law or regulation of trade or commerce, abridge the right of a State or of the residents therein to the reasonable use of the waters of rivers for conservation or irrigation.

Well, that needs to be sorted out, what with our water having been sold to private enterprise.

But here is one I reckon needs a good looking into:

109. Inconsistency of laws

When a law of a State is inconsistent with a law of the Commonwealth, the latter shall prevail, and the former shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be invalid.

My question is what Law has been passed ( if any ) that has allowed Comrade Dan to over ride Commonwealth in relation to National Security considerations? 

117. Rights of residents in States

A subject of the Queen, resident in any State, shall not be subject in any other State to any disability or discrimination which would not be equally applicable to him if he were a subject of the Queen resident in such other State.

Well, surely these border closures are in violation of this section?

119. Protection of States from invasion and violence

The Commonwealth shall protect every State against invasion and, on the application of the Executive Government of the State, against domestic violence.

What guarantee do we have that Comrade Dan is not allowing an invasion through this agreement which is so secret that it makes mere mortals like me smell a very big Communist Rat with a very big gold tooth heading straight to Dan's personal coffers?

101. Inter-State Commission

There shall be an Inter-State Commission, with such powers of adjudication and administration as the Parliament deems necessary for the execution and maintenance, within the Commonwealth, of the provisions of this Constitution relating to trade and commerce, and of all laws made thereunder.

Is Dan Andrews doing a deal that preferences China, do we actually have an Inter State Commission?

So many questions, aren't there? And so many secrets.

Whilst Trump and Morrison battle the Chinese Virus, the Virus that is China,economic horror, financial ruin, unemployment and global meltdowns,  our State Leaders are actively defying our Constitutions and setting up mini fiefdoms ... they need to be pulled back in to line.

This is a problem that is being little addressed: 

The Red ( China ) and the Green renewable Bullshit that is attacking our ability to be economically sustainable.

I feel we need the strong Patriarchs to take control and send the States and the activists to the Naughty Corner. Using the Law: Our Constitutions. Please hire yourselves some Constitutional experts and sort this mess out.

For all our sakes. 

Let us not abandon Taiwan, Hong Kong... and Victoria. And ourselves.
