How many of us feel disenchanted with where we live, due to the loss of our freedoms and the insanity of government overreach? The need to flee and run away to somewhere, anywhere, that is better than where we are right now? It is not that we hate our countries or our states: it is that we hate what is being done in their name by people who appear to have no regard for us as individuals and the rights that are ours by birth?
When civil rights are overtaken by the insanity of the present governments, we see a different prejudice: that of white skin and that of the unvaccinated.

During the era of the American Civil Rights movement, there was racial hatred. Segregation had become vicious and blatantly discriminatory. The great divide that overwhelmed America was palpable and repugnant
Black people felt the injustice in every fibre of their bodies and every part of their minds and souls. Music was one of the great vents that could release the pressure and " get the message out. "
The POWER in this music is almost breathtaking.
Being denied basic rights is not historically confined to the colour of someone's skin:   the brand of being a Jew in Nazi Germany. If you came from the wrong side of the great divide, then it was a yellow star, a tattoo, a gulag and a " camp " for you.
History should teach us that inequality, based on racial, ethnic or ANY grounds is wrong.
During the great AIDS fear pandemic ( for it was a pandemic of fear )  people became confronted with the fear of homosexuals and the fear of those who were struck down with Auto Immune Deficiency Syndrome. It took a brave young Princess to do what so many were terrified to do: embrace an AIDS victim.
Throughout recent and older history, our lives have been dictated by prejudice, fear and narrow mindedness.
During the plague epidemic of the 17th Century, the plague doctors invented masks to protect themselves from “bad air” and prevent contagion. These masks have lenses on the eyes and a long cavity in the nose, which was filled with drugs and aromatic items. This cavity measuring about half foot in length, had 2 small vent holes, and its shape was very similar to beaks of birds. At the beak were used substances such as ambergris, mint leaves, storax, myrrh, laudanum, rose petals, camphor, cloves and straw.

We have seen people locked up, confined, treated as less than human or as inferior for decades and centuries. We proudly proclaim that we are equal these days. Unless, of course, you have not been vaccinated.
All of a sudden, in 2021, we are again segregated.
According to vaccination status. People are being uninvited to Christmas celebrations or even being allowed to go to a store. Life is overshadowed by plague doctors demanding that we wear masks of dubious benefit; we are being denied the right to work or feed our families.
In short: we are being treated like second class citizens and governments openly reward those who have complied.
How is that Equality?
I have to re watch the video at the top of this article and ask myself: as sinners ( people who will not comply with government mandates )

I will leave it at that and hand it over to Peter from across the sea to finish off. Though I have to wonder if he will find his rock or his river. Or will he just be trying to hide in a different place?

Dear former New Zealanders,

I left what was previously known as NZ on Friday.

I was born in Christchurch, New Zealand. My passport says so. My Birth Certificate says so. Every legal document I have says so. But all I got for the last 4 years was Otautahi. Aotearoa. And a whole bunch of other words that I don't understand because they're not the nation I was born into, or my children, or grandchildren, or my parents, my grandparents, my Gt grandparents, my Gt Gt grandparents. No, we were all born in New Zealand. The one that shows on all the world maps. I guess the difference with my ancestors and other earlier immigrants was mine didn't steal off, kill off, skin and eat the earlier inhabitants. Taking their land off them in the process. Gosh, not much has changed has it?

So on Friday my wife and I left that nation (whatever it's name is this week) and the city I was born in (whatever it's racist name is this week) after selling our home, taking our NZ dollars with us and departed to Australia.

Oh, we were booked on a scheduled flight for several weeks, but the major shareholder of the country's airline decided that airline should cancel our flight along with the 1,000 other flights. I wonder, were they worried the 'Great Exodus' has begun and needed through absolute control to stop it?? So we being determined to escape a life of racism and Marxism in the former NZ, managed to get seats on a charter flight from the city formerly known as Christchurch, to a city still known as Brisbane. Little did we realise until we got to the now known Otautahi airport that virtually every single other person on board was leaving for the same reason. Taking with them their much needed skills and capital.

So, Hobson's Pledge, good on you for trying to stop the racial division and conversion to communism of what was once New Zealand, but because my birth certificate and passport say Christchurch New Zealand I clearly don't have a nation or place of birth anymore. They've been stolen from me by a racist and Marxist government chosen by the people. That's democracy. You see, you can't blame the messengers. The elected government. The Ardern's and the Robertsons. They just got 1 vote like everyone else. You've got to blame the people who put them there. The voters. The ones with the message that they want Ardern, Robertson and their racist, Marxist, green radicals to enact into law. You see these people are the law makers. They only act on BEHALF of those with the message that put them there. Yes, the majority of the population. That's democracy.

So who is it we've left behind in that nation we used to be a part of? The 'messengers'. The ones who now have their racial divide. The communist society. The bludgers who expect more out of life than they put into it. The NON producers to society. Every human being in what was NZ is an immigrant or who's ancestors were immigrants. There are NO 'natives' of the land mass previously known as NZ. Whether their family came there 1 generation ago or 20 generations ago they're all immigrants. But here's where I differ. I believe in equality. I believe all people are equal regardless of skin colour or where they or their ancestors were born.

So I haven't left my nation. My nation has left me. At the last election about 2/3rds of the nation left me. With their bizarre racist and political message of greed that they sent to Ardern and her Marxist associates. They sent a message of change for her to deliver. So let's get real about this. What's happened to the nation previously known as NZ is not Ardern's message. She, with her 1 vote is only the messenger. Her I can live with (not literally of course - she not my type) but I can't live in a nation where 2 out of every 3 people I see every day, everywhere I go, want this sick culture. The greedy, the selfish, the racist, the bigots, the sexists. Who the hell wants a life surrounded by people with that message? Not me. I'm not one of them.
So goodbye NZ. You've left me. And sad as this is to have to say, you ain't coming back. The change is too great. You're a Zimbabwe now. Oh, yes that's right, we know what came next for Zimbabwe! A wise person once said "better be careful what you wish for….you just might get it".

Good luck
Peter Clark
