Sarah Sanders, the woman who got her job and did her job because she was talented, hardworking and damned good at what she does.  No gender politics here – this tough lady shows what can be achieved when appointed for her merit, not her gender.

Sarah could run a masterclass for feminists and men haters around the globe. Here is a lady who has done a tough job and done it not only well but brilliantly.

She’s taken every poisoned and nasty bullet shot at her and returned it with wit, intelligence and calm resolve. In all honesty, I don’t know how she has done it for as long as she has, but she has. What a woman.

President Trump said “After 3 1/2 years, our wonderful Sarah Huckabee Sanders will be leaving the White House at the end of the month and going home to the Great State of Arkansas.”

Well, I hope Arkansas appreciates this fine woman with her tenacity and spirit and she becomes a Senator, the Governor – but whatever she does, she will do it brilliantly.

Who will fill her shoes in Washington? She will be a tough act to follow. Of course, I think of people like Don Bongino or Candace Owens. Whoever it is, I feel will be in for a tougher time than even Sarah has had to endure. When the proverbial hits the fan, these Press Conferences and Releases are going to get uglier than ever before.

It will take an almost military discipline and demeanour to walk out and face the Press who will be more ferocious than previously seen – and that is saying something.

The sheer enormity of the reality of walking in to that den of beying wolves called the MSM would test the strength of most mere mortals. Perhaps it is time for an appointment from a military or law enforcement background?

Would Sheriff David Clarke be the man for the job? He is on the Trump train and is accustomed to dealing with aggressive and vocal opposition.

I simply cannot support Kellyanne Conway – her choice of husband has not served her well.

Dan Bongino would do the job well and, if he was offered and subsequently accepted the position, he would be a formidable Press Secretary to wipe Jim Accosta’s nose with a tissue made of sandpaper.

So my two picks are two men with the right backgrounds, the right attitudes, the right experience and The Right Stuff.

Don and David, I hope you throw your hats in the ring – Sheriff David’s is certainly big enough and Don Bongino probably doesn’t need a hat at all.
